How we handle service requests

The form asks for your name, company name, work email, an optional phone number, the service you are interested in, and a brief description of your request.

Xplore uses these details to review your inquiry and contact you about fit and a suitable next step. Form submissions are sent by email to management@xplore-egypt.com. The form handler does not save the submitted message in a website database.

To help limit repeated automated submissions, the form also uses a hashed technical identifier and recent request times. It does not place your name, email address, phone number, company, or message in this rate-limit record.

Please do not submit confidential business records or sensitive personal information through the form. If Xplore needs more information, an appropriate channel will be agreed with you.
